Sanford Golf Design uses the latest technology to produce the most comprehensive set of plans in the industry. A typical set of construction documents includes plans for staking, clearing, grading, drainage, green details, grassing plans, tree massing plans and construction details. To ensure accuracy, earthwork calculations and all golf features are quantified in house. These figures are incorporated into our bid form so contractors can submit accurate bids allowing us to compare "apples to apples".

Managing the construction process is vital to the success of the project. Sanford Golf Design will lead the project through each step of construction to ensure the quality of work and bring the job in on budget.
